1. Open your ftp program.
2. Connect to your hosting server.
3. Go to the root directory or the folder you want the folder copied to.
4. Open windows explorer and find the folder with all the sub-folders and files in it.
5. Drag the folder from windows explorer and drop it to the place you have just been to in your ftp program.
6. The whole folder will then be automatically copied to your website server.
Note:
Your ftp program should have the drag and drop feature. Most of the ftp software have this feature.
